Hello Students and parents. If anyone is interested in private lessons, please set up an appointment on the martial arts sign up form first.

We have now fixed our Martial Arts store. All payments are accepted. Feel free to shop around. We will be updating that page weekly.

Great job to the students who earned their new belts in class. For students that haven’t tested yet, we will have another test on February 16, 2022 during class time.
We will be hosting a pretest for students who are eligible to get promoted July 28th. We reward students who practice at home, show up to class on a consistent basis, and shows up with a positive attitude.
We will be hosting a belt test ceremony for a student during the laurel festival on June 14, 2021 at 7:00pm. We would like all students to come and showcase their skills and talents for the public. For more information, feel free to send us a message.

Hello students and parents. We just wanted to let you know that we will be posting our belt test soon for your child by 7/6/19.
Will be adding instructional videos soon for all students to use as a guide. We also started a affiliation program where you can get promoted through our school at a different location. Please talk to an instructor for more information..
If students are interested in participating in tournaments, please let the instructor know. The instructor will train you and get you prepared to participate on days and times that work for you.

Next test will be sometime in January 2019, Just wanted to let all students and parents know that their will be a martial arts tournament on December 8th 2018. If you would like to compete or watch at the tournament, please contact the instructor for more details.

The week before, we will be doing a pretest for all students in the classroom. That would be the time to polish your skills so you would

Hello, students and parents. If anyone would like to participate in doing a demonstration during the laurel festival, please let me know. The laurel festival is on June 18th after 5:00 pm. Testing for eligible students will be on June 20, 2018 during class time. Please make sure to practice at home. I will be doing a pretest the week before to make sure you will be ready.
Happy 8 years anniversary to the Brookville Martial Arts Academy. We opened April 6, 2010 and have been running strong ever since. We would like to thank all students and parents for making this happen.
Hello Students, Just wanted to let you know of our additional services we will be offering. We are offering a custom printing service. We can detail a large number of different products such as shirts, coffee mugs, jackets, bags, calender's, uniforms, etc.... Please ask the instructor about our additional services we are are offering. We are here to serve you.
Hello students, Just wanted to let you know of a few changes that are being made to make things more exciting for you. The 1st change is the uniform. We will still wear the blue uniform pants but we will be wearing our school martial arts t-shirts with it. Any student that has purchased a uniform recently will receive our school t-shirt paid for by the instructor. This will make sure everyone in class looks the same. The price of the uniform has increased for new students to make up to cover the difference. The 2nd change is that we will be offering more one-on-one sessions. With the success we have had, we feel it is very important to offer it more frequently. The 3rd change is we would like to have pictures and videos of students training in the classroom so we can put them online so the world can see. This can only happen with your parents consent. The forth change is providing each student a curriculum list. So each and every student and parent knows what to expect and what is taught in the classes. This will hold the instructors accountable for the techniques taught in the classes. Also sometime this month of September 2017, we will be having a belt test for all students who are eligible. We will let you know the date of the test very soon.
Keep up the good work students. In 2017 we will be offering more programs for you. We will be offering more 1 on 1 training sessions to get you where you want to be. We will be updating this site soon with more details.

The Kumite Classic in Monroeville, PA on 5/28/16 was a success. Jack performed his competition form and did exceptionally well. Instructor Billy Harris competed in the no-gi grappling and earned 3rd place. We recommend all students to either participate in tournaments or go watch. We will have a list of tournaments that are near by if you would like to go.
Testing for all students other than the half black belts will be in April 2016. Use that date to motivate yourselves to practice more at home.
Keep up the good work students. I know the weather hasn't been the best but please keep in contact with an instructor if anything comes up in regards to transportation to classes. Congratulations to all students who have earned their next belt including the students who have been promoted to black belt.
December 16th, 2015 we will be promoting eligible students to the next rank during class time. Please come prepared for classes by wearing your uniform and earned belt to every class. Those that are not eligible will have to speak with the instructor. Thank you.
August 2015 Belt Testing was a success. We appreciate all the hard work students are giving each and every week. Just keep in mind that we are martial artist 7 days a week, not just once class a week. Make sure you are practicing your techniques everyday.
As you know, we are still working on video content that will help assist you in practicing at home. Please keep in mind that the videos that we post on here should be used as a reference, not as a substitution for an instructor. We still need you in class at least once a week to help you on your progression. Thank you.
